    I know I don’t exercise enough but I would like to know how often per week I should be exercising?

      Hi Robert, stay tuned. I am actually working with Dr. Rajeev Kumar, MDS (our medical director) to create a video-based blog to add to our Patient Learning Center on this site. Our first set of topics will cover diet and the progression of PD 🙂 Exciting stuff is in the works!
